Just like ABAI, this local chapter has members interested in many different application of ABA. Members are encouraged to bring a variety of subject matter to the meetings.

LSABA Membership Options

Full Members

  • are voting members
  • must be current members of ABAI, and are encouraged to be a member of TxABA
  • must be BACB certified or eligible for certification
  • pay annual dues of $20, payable with membership renewal each January (or the month joining for the remainder of the year)

Affiliate Members

  • non-voting members
  • no membership dues
  • BACB certification not required
  • may not serve on the Steering Committee


How to become a member

ATtend monthly meetings

Meetings are monthly and BACB CEU’s are awarded for $5.  Any professional working in the field of Autism Treatment is welcome to attend; we do refer parents to FEAT Houston (FEATHouston.org) as this is a professional meeting.

There is a meeting held in the North part of town every other odd month, 2nd Tuesday, 6:30-8:30 at Spectrum of Hope, 11820 Cypress Corner Lane, Houston, 77065.

There is a meeting held in the South part of town every other even month, 2nd Tuesday, 6:30-8:30 at River Oaks Tower, 3730 Kirby Drive, 2nd floor conference room, Houston 77098.

Access the Resource LIbrary

Full Members have access to our Resource Library. Inside you'll see shared resources from other providers such as business forms and templates, as well as clinical protocols and data sheets. 

Articles will also be posted for our monthly meeting discussions to receive CE credit ($5)
